What is Stainless Steel Circle ?

Stainless Steel circles is a piece of stainless steel metal having round shape and a certain thickness. These circles can be
manufactured or shaped by many process depending on size and application of job. Mainly there are four methods to make a circle.

Punched Stainless Steel Circles -

These is a process applicable for thin thickness circles only for example from thickness as good as 0.10 mm Thickness to 4 or 5 mm
thickness. We can cut more thickness as well but there are some drwbacks of cutting beyond this thickness for example bend on edge.
As fas as grade is concerned there is no restriction to the grade all stainless steel grade circle cutting is possible in this process wether
it is hard or soft. These process do not change or have any impact on the mechenical properties of raw materials like Hardness or tensile.

Forged Stainless Steel Circles -

This is a process of making circles with hot forged process. In this case the raw material or input can be Billet or round or any shape
but vaible to forge it (it should not be either too small or too long). These kind of process is accepted in many specific case like very
small quantity, urgency, heavy size or thickness or both. Allthough here also open Die foring as well as close die foring is done. These
process changes structre of all grades of stainless steel circles and impact on the mechenical properties of raw materials like Hardness
or tensile. We have to follow the respective standard asked by the customer and do soltion anealing if needed or asked by the standard
and specifications.

Profile cut stainless Steel circles -

This is kind of process where the size is totally unique and quantity is too less. These is total mechanism of gas and elcticity to cut stainless
steel circles by this process. This process is not fine in cutting and have very rough circuler shape.
